Fueled by a creative career that has spanned multiple industries from international exchange to performing arts to higher education, my approach bridges the gap in leadership from vision to implementation and helps bring clarity to chaotic landscapes.
I’m a constant learner, ready to enter into your world and see it from the perspective of an outsider-turned-enthusiast - with a critical edge, neutral perspective, and thoughtful approach to facilitation and synthesis, feedback, and innovation.
For leaders and teams that need someone to come alongside them while navigating inflection points, Violet Tone Strategy brings temporary but meaningful partnership to help you move with intention and clarity.
Thought Partner | Facilitator | Strategist | Fractional Consultant
Whether you're navigating growth, preparing for succession, or investigating cultural strengths and weaknesses, an external perspective and senior level strategist at your inflection point will optimize how you lead.
With frameworks and evaluative processes, I come alongside to help leaders increase their own capacity, provide reflection and preparation, and work through possibilities to best frame your organization’s tone of beauty, goodness, and truth.
Virtual or in-person, team-building or organization-wide pulse check. Leaders and teams alike often need a creative exercise to help get them un-stuck, surface underlying pressures, or discover unrealized opportunities.
I co-design engaging conversations and workshops, interviews and activities that provide your organization's subject matter expertise with the time, space, and focus to move forward with trust and informed ownership.
There's no one set play for your problem. It’s about a mix, about finding the right fit for your organization, your moment, and your next moves. I’m a thought partner who approaches this work as an artist with dedication to craft, respect for the relational implications of change, and systems-minded thinking to guard sustainability.
Moving from assessment to project design and collaboration, I help you and your teams plan steps, own progress, and integrate meaningful shifts.
